SIMPLE HOMEMADE HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS:
1 tin chickpeas
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp tahini
1 clove garlic peeled and chopped
1 TBS neutral flavoured oil
1tsp cold water
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste

METHOD:
Toast cumin seeds in a hot pan until fragrant
Drain chickpeas, reserve the aquafaba (brine) for future recipes.
Pop everything in a blender and pulse away until smooth, adjust seasoning
