MAPLE & PECAN NUT MYLK | DARYL
Creamy and delicious this mylk will bring back nostalgic Christmas memories with the flavours of pecan and maple. Perfect on it’s own or paired with your favourite dessert.
TOTAL COOKING TIME: 5 mins
1/4 cup pecan nuts
2 tbsp A grade maple syrup
1/4 cup almonds
pinch of salt
4 cups of water
Soak almonds overnight (min 8 hours)
Soak Pecans for 30 min- 2 hours
Blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender for 1-2 minutes until creamy
Pass it through nut mylk bag or fine cloth and squeeze out all the liquid
Pour the mylk into glass bottle and refrigerate. Consume within 3 days and separation will occur – just shake and enjoy!
