MANGO CHIA PUDDING
This recipe is vegan and gluten free and is perfect for a healthy high fiber breakfast, snack or dessert. Chia seeds are high in protein and omega-3 fatty acids and are loaded with antioxidants. The tropical taste of the mango gives this dish all the summer feels!

1⁄2 cup chia seeds
2 cup coconut milk/non-dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp maple syrup or any other liquid sweetener
