We all breathe. We breathe on average 23000 times per day. Yet so few of us give our breath any attention or know anything about our breath and what it does for our bodies.
This video session will introduce you to the basics of your human breath and teach you how to correctly use your breath. The basics are the most important. Have fun and breathe deep.
