DYNAMIC LOWER BODY HIIT
It will be an Bodyweight Lower Body focussed training session.
Duration will be 45 Minutes where we will be focussing on a HIIT segment followed by a Strength segment.
The HIIT segment is aimed at a higher average heart rate and all its benefits whilst the pure functional Strength will be at a much lower intensity.
