BREATH HOLD INTRODUCTION
This breath work session will introduce you to the magic of breath holds and how practicing breath holds has many health benefits.
Very few people expose themselves to breath holds. This class is about learning to become comfortable with the different sensations that arise with breath holds and provides tips on how to turn a place of feeling or discomfort into a place of calm and peace. Have fun and breathe deep.
