Nicole is a qualified dance, pilates and yoga instructor.
Movement has always been an integral part of her life. For Nicole, being a dancer for 20 years instilled a strong sense of discipline and passion for the way our bodies move as well as how it makes us feel. Nicole has been teaching yoga for the past three years which lead her to complete her pilates training shortly after that. She is extremely passionate about her students and she believes that movement is medicine.
