Kirsten Johnson is a qualified Exercise Science Specialist. She undertook a 5 year professional career as a Ballerina & Contemporary Dancer in both the USA and Cape Town.
Kirsten’s fitness goal has been to maintain the level of strength, flexibility, power, and endurance that she has developed over the years while dancing. Naturally with less daily exercise and no adjustment to her eating patterns, her body slowly but surely began to change. This really made her realise just how important exercise and healthy habits are in a regular lifestyle. During the course of 2019, Kirsten started to eat a plant based diet and hasn’t looked back! She is passionate about helping people develop a healthy and sustainable lifestyle whilst focusing on helping her clients build strength, flexibility, power and endurance in her classes.
