Jalene

Jalene is a qualified pilates instructor, personal trainer and dancer.

As a dancer Jalene has always loved movement and discipline. She believes that there is always room for improvement with regards to strength and flexibility. Jalene’s aim as a trainer is to improve your relationship with your body. “It’s vital to love your body and the way that it moves.”

Jalene loves to mix things up with different movement styles such as yoga, pilates, boot camp and aerobics. This way you will never get bored while enjoying a variety of different styled workouts!
