Danielle is a qualified Vinyasa Flow, Hot26 and Power Vinyasa yoga instructor.

Danielle was really apprehensive and nervous at the start of her yoga journey – she couldn’t touch her toes (still can’t!) and was afraid because when she did yoga poses, they didn’t look like they did in pictures on social media. Danielle very quickly learned that it’s ok not to be able to touch your toes, do the splits or hold a handstand and that all bodies are perfect in their design. Danielle teaches a dynamic Vinyasa flow with specific awareness and focus on synchronization of breath and movement, encouraging you to cultivate and nurture your connection to yourself.
