Carmen is a qualified Pilates instructor. Inspired by the healthy lifestyle of her parents, Carmen has made it her mission to learn more about active living, holistic wellness and radical wellbeing. As a balance to her Pilates, Carmen is a Certified Nutritionist and Health Chef.

With a background in Biokinetics and trained in the STOTT Pilates method, her routines help cultivate body awareness, highlighting alignment instruction and anatomical postural cues. From foundational basics to blending strength and stability, her classes will fire up your deepest core and guarantee a good sweat.
