Benjamin

Benjamin is a qualified yoga instructor and is trained in capoeira, contemporary dance and improvisation.

He is a deep lover of Zen and believes that the cultivation of presence is key to a meaningful movement practice. Benjamin’s love of yoga started when he was a teenager and he has been exploring diverse movement practices for over a decade. He is an advocate for developing a strong self-practice. His classes, and teaching style are aimed at assisting the practitioner nurture their own practice. His approach to yoga is inspired by the yoga synergy system along with Ashtanga and traditional martial arts.
