Angela is a qualified Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa yoga instructor.
She believes that yoga presents you with another way in which to heal. It equipped her with more tools she could draw on for both her wellbeing and the wellbeing of those she worked with in her therapeutic social work practice, those closest to her and eventually her yoga students. Angela focusses on leading slow Hatha styled flows that integrate safe alignment and conscious breath, whilst still moving curiously through each pose strengthening our connection to our bodies.
